Lauren Ruston

Southern Region Member Services Representative, Access Group (Orlando, Florida)

Lauren Ruston currently serves as the Southern Region Member Services Representative for Access Group. In this role, Ms. Ruston works directly with our school clients to provide educational programming services and information about our current and upcoming financial aid products. In addition to working closely with schools and their students, she assists in developing Access Group’s financial literacy programming and associated materials that can be used to educate students on the fundamentals of money management, personal finance and debt management. Prior to joining Access Group, Ms. Ruston was employed at a private institution where she served in multiple roles, the most recent being the Director of Financial Aid. She holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from Carlow University in Pittsburgh, PA.
