Kiana Courtney

Kiana Courtney is the 2017-2018 Black Law Students Association’s Community Relations Chair. She is extremely committed to environmental justice issues and communities’ access to resources. After graduating from Wake Forest University, she joined Teach For America in Atlanta.  Kiana is involved in the Environmental Justice Clinic and will continue this year as a Fellow.  She is an Articles and Comments Editor and the Events Editor for the International and Comparative Law Review, as well as a member of the Society of Bar & Gavel, and a HOPE Fellow. She participates in Books and Buddies and Empowered Youth.  As a 3L, Kiana is also the Marshall for Phi Alpha. Delta.  She is the former Vice President of BLSA and former Vice Justice of Phi Alpha Delta.
